Return / Refund Policy
We are very intentional about quality and customer satisfaction and do not wish that you have a need for the processes below, but please keep in mind anyways! 

Our Return Policy  
We have a 15 business-days return policy, which means you have 3 weeks from delivery of your items to return it. 

For items sent through 3rd party recipients, 15 working days begins from when order is delivered to the recipient.

To be eligible for a return, it is extremely important to notify us as soon as your item is received as any international returns received later than 3 weeks from the delivery date will be UNPROCESSED.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, no perfumes/fragrances, free of stains and in its original packaging as items which do not meet these standards would be declined for processing. Please also attach the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@mimmikasu.com or WhatsApp +2348131124958. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label if you prefer to return via DHL, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Also, you can use a logistics company of your choice to send your items back to us if you prefer but please note that this may incur additional charges such as customs charges which are out of our control and are not liable for. Please request a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost in transit back to us. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Please note that returns are not free of charge and the cost of the return label either with DHL or otherwise, will be borne by the client except in the case of a wrong delivery by Mimmi Kasu. Also important to note is that shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will receive a notification as soon as we have received your items and informed on the next line of action within 5 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds / Exchanges 
We do not offer refunds; although we always deliver and hardly have such instances, we will offer adjustments/future order discounts/accompanying order gifts/store credit to assuage a customer where and when necessary. 

Adjustments 
We have a standard size chart and we equally offer virtual measurements, work with shared measurements and also physical measurements at our studio for precision. Please note that Mimmi Kasu is not liable for fit issues for items not picked up from our studio or fitted prior delivery especially where selected/discussed statistics were used for production. 

Mimmi Kasu will not be held liable if statistics shared by a customer ends up being inaccurate, the customer will bear the expense of a remake where adjustment is not possible. 

Pick Up / Studio Fitting
Customers automatically waives the right to adjustments/alterations for all items not fitted in studio or picked up 10 business days after notice of completion. 

Forfeiture Notice
All customers will be notified when their orders are ready to be delivered. Mimmi Kasu is obligated to store all completed orders for a period of up to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks from notice of completion all processed orders not picked up or requested for dispatch will be considered forfeited to Mimmi Kasu. This policy has been put in place to ensure efficient operations and better service to all our esteemed clients.

Please note that once the 8 weeks period has elapsed, any unclaimed items will be determined forfeited and as such, be given away as welfare donations to those in need. We believe this will help ensure that our creations still bring joy to others, even if they are not claimed.
We encourage you to pick up your orders or arrange for dispatch within this period to avoid forfeiture.

This policy does not apply to orders from Nigeria.
